The Future of Areoplanes!     The future of areoplanes is exciting for aviation enthusiasts. With Airbus and Boeing creating and producing state of the art areoplanes and Concorde 2.0 on the horizon, what will be the future for the aviation industry? ___     The Boeing 777x is one of Boeing's recent developments. The Boeing 777x is a revamp of the beloved Boeing 777.     Fitted with GE9X engines, the Boeing 777x is faster, bigger and more fuel efficient that its predecessor, the Boeing 777-200/300. The Boeing 777-9  has a range of 7,285nm (13,500km) which is an increase of 1,280nm (2,370) compared to the Boeing 777-300.  The longer wingspan of the Boeing 777-9 helps increase the range and lift of the areoplane, however, this has come with problems. The world's most popular aeroplane!

It is clear that air travel has grown massively over the years with over 11% of the population taking to the skies in 2018! With this increase, two main aeroplane manufacturers have emerged, Boeing and Airbus.

___

Many aviation enthusiasts have their favourite aircraft but what is an airlines favourite? The second most produced modern commercial aeroplane is the Airbus A320.

Chances are that if you have ever flown, you have been on this jet. This is a short to medium haul, narrowbody aircraft. This aircraft has two Pratt & Whitney GTF engines with powerful thrust. Due to the versatility of this aircraft with the capability of either doing short country jumps to intercontinental flights it has rightly earned its spot.

___

The world's best selling commercial jet goes to the one and only Boeing 737. This historic plane can be seen flying for nearly every airline in every corner of the world. With over 10,000 737's being produced it has clearly resonated with many airlines and is loved by many.

The Boeing 737 carries two CFM56-7B engines on its wings. The CFM56-7B engines are the most produced engines in the industry, making this pairing the most popular and recogniseable in history. By having the specifications as the Airbus A320 such as being a narrowbody, it has created fierce competition between the two companies.
